Jim

I am very sorry to announce the passing of a great friend of my family, Jim Smith, who died this week of a stroke. Jim, who lived in Southern California, took his time to visit this blog and wrote comments to keep me up-to-date with his family, Donita, his wife and creative partner, and his two talented daughters Lindsay and Paige. Jim was a friend with a great sense of humor, a huge heart and an endearing personality. He was always smiling when we saw him, and he had the ability to inspire everyone around him to be as creative, artistic and musical as possible. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
